Papaya Hotel & Spa, a 70-room boutique hotel, is to be the centrepiece of Antigua's newest residential community Rendezvous Bay.

Located on the spine of land that bisects the two beaches, the Papaya’s one- and two-bedroom villas will afford guests spectacular views of the ocean and beaches as well as the  expansive Nature Park in the valley floor.  Below is the plan of the 15-acre hotel site.
